Workshop – Toronto 2019

The EU FREE GRAZING DAIRY project organised, in November 2019, a workshop in Toronto where presented the project and its cheeses to journalists, importers, retailers and cheese lovers.

The workshop was held at La Palma restaurant and involved:

  • A formal presentation of the project
  • Show cooking with Chef Afrim Pristine using our cheeses
  • A round table with cheese sampling
  • A cocktail and networking moment – all food served was cooked using our European cheeses
