29 Jun Workshop – Toronto 2019
The EU FREE GRAZING DAIRY project organised, in November 2019, a workshop in Toronto where presented the project and its cheeses to journalists, importers, retailers and cheese lovers.
The workshop was held at La Palma restaurant and involved:
- A formal presentation of the project
- Show cooking with Chef Afrim Pristine using our cheeses
- A round table with cheese sampling
- A cocktail and networking moment – all food served was cooked using our European cheeses
