São Jorge Cheese Pudding


8 eggs

4 egg whites

250g sugar

125g cheese from São Jorge

40 g butter


Beat the eggs and sugar well, add the 4 whites and continue beating. Grate the cheese and mix well. Spread the tin with the butter, sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180ºC for 30m/ 40m.

This is the perfect desert for this holiday season. Enjoy it’s from Europe!
