The EU FREE GRAZING DAIRY PROJECT will launch, during this month, a new Social Media monthly segment “Cook like a Chef”.

On this segment, three very well-known Portuguese Chefs will present you some simple, yet elaborated and delicious recipes to make a success when receiving your loved ones at home. All of these recipes have one ingredient in common. Can you guess which one? 🧀 Our azorean cheeses!

Each recipe will have as a ‘special guest’ a different Azorean cheese, highlighting the versatility of these full-flavoured cheeses.
