26 Jul European Cheesecake
You know what time it is? I’ts snack it up time! Summertime asks for fresh and full flavour recipes. Here it one, a tasteful Cheesecake. You will need:
✔️1 can of condensed milk
✔️1 package of crackers
✔️4.5 oz of melted butter
✔️8.8 oz of prato cheese
✔️7 oz of fresh cream
✔️8 leafs of gelatine
✔️7 oz of jam
Preparation:
1. Crush the crackers and mix well with the melted butter.
2. Place in the bottom of a pie dish, pressing well and set aside.
3.Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
4.Whip the cream with the cheese and the skimmed condensed milk.
5.Drain the gelatin sheets and melt them over low heat. Add it immediately to the cream cheese and beat well. 6.Pour into the pie dish and refrigerate for about 3 hours.
7.With the help of a knife, loosen the cheesecake and cover with the jam.
