C'est notre incroyable fromage a\u00e7or\u00e9en \ud83e\uddc0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voir ci-dessous tous les ingr\u00e9dients et le mode de pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 g Cuscus<\/li><li>8 unit\u00e9s de grosses coquilles Saint-Jacques<\/li><li>200 g Fromage de Prato ilha Azul des A\u00e7ores, coup\u00e9 en cubes<\/li><li>2 gousses d'ail hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>100 g Oignon, hach\u00e9<\/li><li>150 g Epinards<\/li><li>0.3 dl Huile d'olive extra vierge<\/li><li>1 dl Vin blanc<\/li><li>3 dl Bouillon de l\u00e9gumes\u00a0<\/li><li>Coriandre au go\u00fbt<\/li><li>Sel marin traditionnel selon le go\u00fbt<\/li><li>Poivre moulu au go\u00fbt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Faire sauter l'ail et l'oignon dans l'huile d'olive chaude, rafra\u00eechir avec le vin blanc et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes et le couscous, saler et laisser cuire.<\/li><li>Lorsque le couscous est cuit, ajoutez le fromage et les \u00e9pinards et faites bouillir pendant encore 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.
