Vous aurez besoin de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la salade :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3.52 oz Radis<\/li><li>7.05 oz Courgettes<\/li><li>8,8 oz de carottes<\/li><li>3,52 oz de raifort<\/li><li>7.05 oz de bulbe de c\u00e9leri<\/li><li>300 g de pain aux graines<\/li><li>8,8 oz Laitue, croquante<\/li><li>8,8 oz Laitue rouge<\/li><li>Glace<\/li><li>3.52 oz de fromage Ilha - TOPO<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour l'\u00e9mulsion :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>6.8 fl oz d'huile d'olive vierge extra<\/li><li>2 citrons<\/li><li>3 unit\u00e9s de jaune d'\u0153uf<\/li><li>Ciboulette au go\u00fbt<\/li><li>Flor de sal to taste<\/li><li>Poivre de Jama\u00efque au go\u00fbt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lavez la laitue dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d'eau et de vinaigre, \u00e9gouttez-la et mettez-la au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li><li>Coupez tous les l\u00e9gumes en tranches, \u00e0 l'aide d'une trancheuse ou d'une mandoline, et placez-les dans de l'eau et de la glace pendant 3 heures.<\/li><li>Coupez le pain aux graines en b\u00e2tonnets \u00e9pais et faites-le griller dans un four chaud.
