Et quoi de mieux qu'un Mac n' Cheese au go\u00fbt a\u00e7or\u00e9en pour r\u00e9chauffer l'\u00e2me ? \ud83e\uddc0\ud83c\udf5d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici la recette \ud83d\udc47<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>450 g (1 livre) de macaroni, petit format<\/li><li>70 g (5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe) de beurre non sal\u00e9<\/li><li>85 g (6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe) de farine tout usage<\/li><li>5 g (1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9) de sel<\/li><li>Selon votre go\u00fbt : poivre de Cayenne et noix de muscade moulue (facultatif)<\/li><li>1 l (5 tasses) de lait (de votre choix)<\/li><li>225 g de fromage S\u00e3o Jorge, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>225 g de fromage S\u00e3o Miguel, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><li>70 g (\u00bd tasse) de chapelure assaisonn\u00e9e (ail et fines herbes)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>1. Portez 4 litres d'eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une grande marmite.<br>2. Ajouter les p\u00e2tes et 5 g de sel et faire cuire, en remuant souvent, jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient tendres (juste apr\u00e8s al dente) et \u00e9goutter les p\u00e2tes.<br>3. Faire fondre 70 g (5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe) de beurre dans une grande casserole \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<br>4. Ajouter la farine, le sel, la cayenne et la noix de muscade.<br>5. Cuire, en fouettant constamment, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne odorant et prenne une couleur fonc\u00e9e, environ 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.<br>6. Incorporer graduellement le lait en fouettant ; porter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en fouettant constamment.<br>7. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 moyen et laisser mijoter en fouettant de temps en temps jusqu'\u00e0 \u00e9paississement, environ 7 minutes.<br>8. Retirer la casserole du feu, incorporer lentement les deux fromages en fouettant jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient compl\u00e8tement fondus.<br>9. Ajouter les p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la sauce et faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen-doux, en remuant constamment, jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit fumant et bien chaud, environ 6 minutes.<br>10. Transf\u00e9rer dans un plat ou une po\u00eale allant au four et saupoudrer de chapelure assaisonn\u00e9e.<br>11. Faire griller au four jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la garniture soit dor\u00e9e, environ 3 \u00e0 5 minutes.<br>12.
