Ajouter un peu de bouillon de poulet et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter les tomates fra\u00eeches pel\u00e9es et sans p\u00e9pins, assaisonner de sel marin et de poivre fra\u00eechement moulu et \u00e9mulsionner le m\u00e9lange dans un mixeur.
